Gold colored metal 'scrolls' to top and bottom. Side metal has highly decorative floral patterns. Glass panels slide into the side metal. Examine pictures as they are part of the description. MEASUREMENTS (approximate): ~Ceiling to bottom of fixture (installed): 15" ~FIXTURE (not incl. mounting accessories): 12.5"High x 5"Wide In good, 'as found', working condition. Minor scuffs & wear to finish of ceiling mount.
