Vintage 12/73 COLEMAN GOLD BOND YELLOW LANTERN 228H Pyrex Coleman Globe RARE!!!!

Description: Vintage 12/73 COLEMAN GOLD BOND YELLOW LANTERN 228H (I believe with the 1973 date, the black on the vent around the knob the paint is worn at the model number) with a Pyrex Coleman Globe RARE!!!! I have sold many Coleman lanterns for 16+ years, and this is my FIRST YELLOW LANTERN EVER! Produced for Gold Bond Stamp Trading Co, only produced a few years in the early 70’s (1971-1973 I believe). This is an estate collection find. It does show use and wear, however has been on display for years. Untested, with a dry tank. It has use age and wear, the COLEMAN label decal is about gone. The cap has a couple chips, and the paint is gone around the nut top. The tank has some paint loss, scuffs and scratches. In as found SURVIVOR vintage condition. RARE LANTERN!
