If you require a specific carrier, please let us know before purchasing. Also, we try to save money and the environment by reusing boxes when possible. If receiving your item in a box for another product will greatly diminish your enjoyment of it, please notify us as soon as you’ve made your purchase. (Please note that many of our items are already boxed when listed, and requesting a different box could delay your shipment.) We sell many large items that ship via freight. Please keep in mind that freight shipments sometimes take longer than traditional shipping methods. The price listed for these includes delivery to your local freight terminal. If you are purchasing a cooktop or range with a downdraft fan, the fan may be removed to facilitate shipping. These are typically simple to reattach with a few nuts (included).
