Lining isn't marked but is likely a polyester pile. Made for long lasting durability and comfort. I believe that sizing is a tiny bit small if you are wearing the ear flaps tucked in. I wear a 7 1/4-7 3/8 and I need the 7 1/2 with the flaps tucked in. Otherwise I think the sizing is accurate. I did notice a discrepancy on the label of one O.D.
