Description: The Countryman (British Farm Journal) ~ Winter 1966/67 (Vol 67, No. 2) ~ features an article about Straw Bear & Molly Dancers, as well as an assortment of other articles about rural life and work. It's in reasonably good condition - there is some wear of the front and back cover, and the edges of the cover are bent. There is some staining on the outside and inside of the book that I think is just due to age. The binding is generally intact (there are no loose pages), the journal is not stained, and it does not smell of smoke or mustiness. A few dog eared pages. No writing on outside or inside of book. Please see photos for condition. One of the articles in this issue is titled "Straw Bear and Molly Dancers": Recollections of the old Fen Tiger William Henry Edwards, and of his wife Kate Mary, collected and edited by their daughter Sybil Marshall are shortly to be published by Cambridge University Press as 'Fenland Chronicle'....
