Keys were a real pain as well as tangled wires with my Samsung Galaxy or Apple iPhone (yes, I have both!). I am not a big fan of an expensive armband strapped to my bicep or some hideous belt with the wire up my shirt. Plus the towels supplied by the gym didn't fit well on any of the benches or equipment and were pretty crappy. Now the keys go in the larger pocket along with some money and my ID. My phone goes in the specially designed iPocket. I use a Bluetooth headset so goodbye wires. My hands are always free and my clothing pockets are empty.
