The artwork shows a yellow and orange sun to the left and 3 orange tulips on the bottom separated from 4 other type flowers on the top by a row of zig zag triangles. The painting has a textured relief surface. It is matted in the same orange color of the flowers and framed in a gold wooden frame. Both the frame and art are in good condition. The overall size of the frame measures 22.25 x 13 1/8 inches. The actual artwork measures 13.5 x 9.5 inches.
