Description: EXTREMELY RARE! I cannot find another one of these anywhere. The corners on the front where the singles are have damage, I tried to take the best pictures of this that I could. The decks claim they are sealed, I assume the cards on the inside are sealed but the deck boxes themselves do not have plastic around them. Black and white Plasma storm deck and black and white noble victories deck. As well as the 2 singles which are a 2011 pansage reverse holo and a 2006 pop series 4 wobbuffet holo. The back reads "This package is guaranteed to contain 2 factory sealed Pokemon Decks and 2 Bonus Cards.
