Description: These are 5 Star USA Made name brand Excelta Precision mini cutters for engineers, pc board techs, etc. They are carbon steeI and made to cut copper wire and electronic component leads. (Not made to cut steel wire). Would also be great flush cutters for craft work...will cut a hair! They are Rockwell 63-65 hard so do not drop as they do not bend, but will break. I bought these as used but they seem to be low mileage...only minor scuff or light wear mostly confined to handles. Each piece has been inspected several times, cleaned, oiled and repackaged. Nice pliers... Check the pictures. If your need does not require new, you can save by buying these.
