These units feature a large knob for selecting fan speed, from Off to High (4000 rpm) so you can decide which fan speed is ideal for you.The fans we use are brushless, powerful & slim profile, and have a maximum speed of 4000 rpm. These units feature a large knob for selecting the speed you wish to run at, from Off to High (4000 rpm). Please note that the slower a fan spins, the less noise it makes, so you can decide which speed you are most comfortable with. When run at max, the fans circulate up to 16.1 CFM at only 30 DBA. [For reference: a purring kitten is 25 decibels and light rainfall is 50.] These units were designed by us, and the bracket and fan guard are printed in-house on our 3D printers.The third photo shows the space between a full-size card in Slot 2 and our fan.
