Weekly Order Cutoff/Shipping Information To ensure timely processing and shipping of orders, we have established a weekly order cutoff policy. Orders for the upcoming week will only be accepted until Saturday. Orders placed after the cutoff time on Saturday will be processed the following week. This policy is in place to ensure that all orders are prepared, packaged, and shipped in a timely manner. Live fish are shipped Mondays and Tuesdays. To ensure the safety and well-being of our live fish during transit, we do not ship live fish when the temperature at the destination is forecasted to be below 32 degrees Fahrenheit (0 degrees Celsius).
