The lavalier is included. Everything works great with no issues. There was a label sticker on the front that still has a bit of shadow left or impression from the label. It will probably clean off easily with goo gone or lighter fluid. If you decide to relabel the mic as we did with a number then it won’t be necessary. DeanHD
