Jenn-Air Gas Glass Downdraft Cooktop 30” TESTED Read Description 1st-With Manual

Description: Please make sure you carefully read this description before purchase, as there are no returns on this unit. This Jenn Air Gas 30” JGD8430ADS downdraft unit was tested prior to a remodel and was working except for front right burner that was starting to go out and probably will need a new igniter pin (this is the reason why it’s listed for parts). Since I have no way of testing it now, this is the other reason why it’s listed for parts. For your convenience, I have included a new igniter pin with the package for ease of replacement; this igniter pin is shown in the pictures for your reference. To my knowledge, that one igniter is the only technical issue with this unit; however I am not an expert and there could be other issues with the unit that I’m not aware of, or it may not work since it hasn’t been tested since after the remodel. From a cosmetic standpoint, note there is a front silver metal piece that is coming up on the right front end that will need gluing down (see pictures for details). As this is a pre-owned unit, expect scrapes, scuffs, scratches, marks, and general wear and tear. I don’t see any visible chips in the glass top (other than the speckles in the glass which is a part of the design). The shipment will include only the cooktop and other items shown in the pictures—it does NOT include the grates, burner caps, or knobs. It only includes the cooktop, new sealed igniter pin, printed manual, printed installation instructions, and a printed dimensions guide. Again, please be sure you are aware of the fact that this is being sold for parts since I cannot guarantee that the unit is still working properly, and also I am not taking returns on this unit.
