Description: This vintage original blue Delft plate features the windmill and sailboat theme that is the standard for most Delft pottery. Made in the mid century in the Netherlands, this is a fine example of blue and white pottery. The plate is 9" across and 1.25" high. It is signed and numbered on the back with the Delft logo. It has a very small chip on the base rim, which can't be seen unless turned over and some crazing...shown and to be expected with the age and type of pottery.
