This item is a neat set of prints after an engraving from the 19th century depicting the stages of Chinese tea farming, each print engraving is matted and framed under glass; the title on the back are in German, the words on the engraving prints themselves are in French; one print is "Cultivation of the tea plant", one is "Collection of the tea plant", one is "Transport of the freshly harvested tea for fermentation" and one is "Insight into a tea factory in Canton"; each measures framed 11 3/4" x 8 1/4".
