YOU NEED A HIGH QUALITY ATX 1.0 POWER SUPPLY WITH A STRONG 5V RAIL TO POWER THIS! My cheap modern ATX power supply (430w Thermaltake) couldn't do it since its 5v rail is rated pretty weak! Most ATX 1.0 power supplies should be fine. If you power supply is too weak, the machine will post, but you'll see a warning message on the screen that the power supply cable hasn't been connected to the card :)
