William Gage's Modern Historical Atlas (New York: Appleton & Co., 1869), a copy of the title page is included for authenticity. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single map as shown in the main pic. It is printed on a very thick 1/16th inch card stock. As seen in the pic, the map is divided into two separate panels. Size: The combined dimensions of both halves are 8 1/4 by 11 1/2 inches (22x29cm) or each separate panel measures 5 1/2 by 8 3/4" as seen in the main pic. Condition: The map is in Fair condition for its age printed on very heavy card stock with original handcoloring. There is a lot of abrasion along the inner edges and some areas of light browning, see the pic for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
